New Year, Same Healthy Menu!

Healthier Selection Menu Items:

Smart Meal A whole chicken breast, two slices of wheat french toast and scrambled egg whites with your choice of two ingredients: mushrooms, green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, scallions, carrots or zucchini         

Green Door Omelette A beautiful white omelette stuffed with tomatoes, sliced onions, bell peppers and mushrooms served with sliced tomatoes

South of the Border Omelette A white omelette packed with diced green chilies, refried beans (sub black beans if you’d like) mozzarella, wrapped around a corn tortilla topped with salsa and served with sliced tomatoes

Mama’s Choice Frittata Bell peppers, mushrooms and onions baked into a white frittata and topped with our homemade mariners sauce. Served with sliced tomatoes                                                                                                                           

Smart Meal French Toast Whole wheat bread dipped in apple juice and egg whites then grilled to perfection. Served with a side of sliced bananas

Red Rooster Three eggs served any style, a double order of bacon, ham or sausage, and a side of cottage cheese

Zesty Chicken Salad Grilled chicken breast seasoned cajun style on a bed of greens, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and almonds along with a side of honey dijon- or oil and vinegar if you prefer!
