Local Pride - We use regional ingredients and local suppliers whenever possible, ie: Polidori Sausage, Aspen Baking Company, Elevation Coffee Traders, Merfs Condiments, Marcos Green Chili, Big B's.

Freshly Baked - Our bread products including our toast options, muffins, croissants, hamburger buns, & the brioche used for French toast is locally baked and delivered fresh each morning!

Careful Preparation - We focus on nutrition and freshness.

Special Requests - We know tastes and needs vary. Just let us know and we'll do what we can. You can also swap fruit cups, cottage cheese, yogurt, two small pancakes, or tomato slices for our delicious house specialty potatoes or toast.
